And if we talk about its price, as always, it will be confirmed in the launch event of Realme. But my speculations is, that the price should be around Rs. 50,000 - 55,000. There are some features highlighted on the box, 90Hz Smooth Display, 64MP Quad Camera with 20X Hybrid Zoom, 30W charging, and Snapdragon 720G processor.
We will talk about these features later on, first lets remove the plastic from the box, and then remove the lid. Right after removing the lid, there is this folder on the top, in which, as always, the welcome message of Realme is written, and there are some user manuals in the folder, and a silicon protective case. Moving forward, here is Realme 6 Pro handset. But before looking at it, we shall see the remaining contents of the box.
Along with it, there is this 30W VOOC charger and a USB Type-C cable. Now, lets unwrap the handset and look at it closely. If we talk about the design and build, then Gorilla Glass 5 protection is given on the front, whereas the back and frame is plastic. On the back, there is another unique feature of this phone and that is this beautiful lightening bolt design which I personally really liked. The power button is on the right of the phone and this power button also houses its fingerprint sensor.
Whereas on the left side there are volume rockers and SIM tray, and at the bottom, there is a speaker grill, USB Type-C port, mic, and a headphone jack. In Realme 6 Pro, there is a 6.6 inches of full HD IPS LCD display which has a resolution of 1080 x 2400 and pixel density of 399 ppi. The maximum brightness of the display is set to 480 nits and this display, for me, is my most favourite feature of this phone because this display's refresh rate is 90Hz. that is this display, refreshes 90 times in a second, Where normally, the displays that we see in most other phones, are of 60Hz, so, with this 90Hz you get an ultra smooth type of an experience.
Along with it, in my experience the phone also felt a little fast. In the past we have seen high refresh rate panels only in premium and flagship phones, so, to see it in an upper mid range device is a very welcome change. Another special thing about this dislplay is this hole punch cutout, which is in trend nowadays. And this cutout is in pill shape, because there are dual selfie cameras given here. Moving forward we will talk about, the specifications and internals of Realme 6 Pro, so, this time, in the phone there is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G processor which is based on 8nm architecture, along with Adreno 618 GPU this is the world's first phone in which we are seeing a Snapdragon 720G processor, and normally Snapdragon's G series is found in gaming and performance oriented phones, so according to me, the performance of the phone is going to be really good.
Moving forward, the phone has 8GB RAM and 128GB built-in UFS 2.1 Storage, which will help this phone run faster and the RAM here, is DDR4X RAM again, which will enhance the speed of the phone even more. If we talk about the expansion, the phone comes with full dual SIM support, meaning it has a dedicated SD card slot and you can insert 2 SIMs and a micro SD card, all together. Now lets move towards the interface, since previous handsets we are seeing that out of the box Realme phones comes with Android 10, and on top of them, now there is Realme UI which to some extent, is a Stock Android-like experience. It is a very light skin, and because of this the phone's performance and smoothness and responsiveness increases.
Moving forward lets talk about the phone's battery size and charging speed, in Realme 6 Pro, there is a 4,300 mAh battery but this phone comes with 30W VOOC charging, meaning this phone, will charge blazing fast Realme's own claim is that from empty to full this phone will charge in under an hour and surely we will test this claim for the full review of this phone. And also see how is the battery life of this phone? Now we will talk about Realme 6 Pro's, and collectively all the Realme phones', a major selling point and that is its camera setup.
At the back of the Realme 6 Pro, there is a quad camera setup given, which has a main sensor of 64MP with f/1.8 aperture, and is a wide angle camera. This is the same Samsung GW1 sensor which we previously saw in Realme XT and Reddmi Note 8 Pro and presently, also saw in Realme 6 Along with it, there is 12MP telephoto camera, from which you get the 20X Hybrid Zoom, an 8MP Ultrawide camera, and a 2MP macro camera. Whereas on the front, there is a dual camera setup for the selfies in which there is a 16MP main sensor, and an 8MP Ultrawide sensor. I have always given credit to Realme, that in mid range and upper mid range price segment, their camera game is very strong the integration between their hardware and software is very good, and because of which the camera experience also comes out strong.
But now we have to test that does Realme 6 Pro continue this tradition or not? And I will test this for the full review of this phone, if you are interested to see that so stay tuned to the channel. Right now, for my first impressions, I can surely say to you that the display of Realme 6 Pro, has impressed me a lot, 90Hz display is indeed my favourite feature of this phone. Along with it, Snapdragon 720G processor is considered a very powerful processor and indeed this is the world's first phone which has this processor, we will also test this as well, that how is its performance?
In the past, where Realme phones were mostly geared towards power users and camera centric users, now this phones are also geared towards gamers. So, we have to see that how this phone performs?
